Orders placed by 5pm EST will ship within 2 business days.
All of our orders are shipped from our warehouse in Richmond, Virginia.
Order status and tracking information can be found by viewing your Order History, found within your Account, then clicking on the order number.
If you would like to cancel your order please email us at customerservice@brandito.net and include your order number. We will make every attempt to cancel your order depending on where it is in the ordering process. Please have your order number available when you get in touch.
All merchandise is guaranteed for workmanship and quality for 90 days from date of purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, email us at customerservice@brandito.net and we will arrange a refund/replacement for faulty goods. If you could include your order number and a brief description of the defect, it will help us to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
No, we ask that you use a single credit card when paying for an order.
Head to the gift certificate page located at the top navigation or footer – from here you can add gift certificates to your cart. If you want to buy gift certificates in bulk or in different value denominations, please submit a request to customerservice@brandito.net.
Yes! You can use multiple gift certificates in one purchase. If an order total is over the balance of your gift certificates(s), you will be prompted to complete payment using a credit card.
No, but all gift certificates are nontransferable and nonrefundable and can only be spent on Company Store site purchases.
You can absolutely purchase items for personal use. At checkout, be sure to select PERSONAL PURCHASE in the dropdown menu. You will be required for personal shipping.

Returns/Exchanges

  • Items can be returned and exchanged within 90 days of purchase.
  • Exchanges and returns can only be made within the Continental US.
  • Custom imprint items and food gifts cannot be returned except in cases where BRANDITO is at fault.
